I fell in love with a Vermonter and am making Vermont my home. I am enjoying capturing the spirit of our time and place. My photos are often taken around Elmore Mountain and on our road trips exploring fresh perspectives of Vermont.

I lived and worked in London for over 18 years. It remains my spiritual home - my touch stone for what matters and why. I'm lucky enough to return to London in May and November each year. These images represent my experience of London now and the surrounding song of time and place. It is for me, a place to dream of what might be - and to see how to make it happen. I never grow tired of the exploration - and it is never the same twice.

Our time Tuscany and the Cinque Terre has been a special treat. We have been able to spend time with Duccio Nacci of San Gimignano, a fabulous photographer. He IS Tuscany! The first day we met at 5.00 AM to capture the morning light. The 2nd day we met a little later and enjoyed the afternoon storms. We so enjoyed chasing the light with Duccio at all times of the day! We moved on to Cinque Terre which was full of people but we were able to capture the feeling of place in our little taxi boat. We were touched by the Italian people, their pride in being Italian and their sense of history and beauty. There was a warm welcome everywhere. Enjoy!

France is ever special. The creativity invested in tradition and continuous change is always present. The people have known it all. I bow to their resilience - and their resistance.

Montreal is an exploration in progress - a diverse city exploring peace and harmony across the border. These are photos of the streets.
In January 2017 we escaped the winter winds of Vermont and ventured down under to New Zealand. I have several friends who have emigrated there and I learned why: the beauty of the land and the bold spirit of the people are enticing. I also have a brother in law who left London to followed his heart to New Zealand in the late 1930's. As war broke out he joined the Royal New Zealand Air Force. Sadly, like so many of his peers he did not return from WW II. I found myself wondering what he found when he stepped off the boat in a far away place. What did he see? What did he feel? Who did he meet? His untold story swirled around me as I travelled the islands of New Zealand. He seemed to be glad I was trying to understand.
Whilst at Nokomai Station I had the opportunity to work with photographer Stephen Robinson. We moved into places only a great shepherd would know. My photography captures some of my exploration of a different world - and yet the same world too.
Lots more questions to ponder with the lens of my iPhone! I look forward to the next time!

I created a set of 100 images for the Morristown Alliance of Commerce and Culture (MACC). These photographs were made into small cards to offer people a piece of Morristown and are intended to help create a sense of place. I am a new kid on the block so the process has taught me a great deal about where I now live and call home. The photos offered here are a small sample of the 100 images I selected for the cards. It has truly been a labor of love.
